What you get, permanently
50 products with full stock tracking, 200 sales a month through the POS, reorder thresholds, low stock alerts, stock adjustment logs, supplier links, and 2 team members. No credit card to sign up and no expiry date.
What stays unlimited
Customer records and utang tracking are unlimited on every plan, free included. The limits are on products and monthly sales, never on how many people you extend credit to or how much of it you are tracking.
Where you would outgrow it
The product count is usually what you hit first: a hardware store passes 50 items quickly, while a food stall may never get there. The 200-sale ceiling works out to roughly seven sales a day, so a busy counter reaches it long before a quiet one does.
What does not change when you upgrade

Stock Movement History
Every restock, sale, adjustment, and voided sale is logged with the date, quantity, supplier, and your note. Filter by product or movement type to answer "where did my stock go?" in seconds.

Add your products
Create categories first (beverages, snacks, cleaning supplies) then add products with price, cost, stock, and a reorder threshold. Scan the barcode with your phone camera to fill it in instantly, and snap a product photo directly from the camera.
Set up suppliers
Add your regular suppliers and link products to them. When stock runs low and an alert fires, you know exactly who to contact to restock.
Ring up sales on POS
Open POS, scan a barcode or tap a product to add it to the cart. Choose Cash (enter amount tendered, change auto-calculated) or QR (your QR code pops up for the customer to scan).
